La Courgerie Pumpkin picking

Halloween is just around the corner and autumn is definitely here. Head for La Courgerie for a great experience of pumpkin picking. Take a wheelbarrow & a pruner and start loading these beautiful pumpkins, choose a variety of 300 squashes!! Play in the garden and learn about the pumpkin culture in the interpretation area.

Drive: 1 hour north of Montreal

Parking: Yes, free

Opening time: September – November: Thursday to Monday, 10am to 5pm, November – December: Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 5pm.

No entry fee, pay by weight. Tractor ride is $2.5 per person

A small boutique with local products where you can also buy hot drinks.

Picnic area: Yes

Suitable for a baby stroller

Tip: Bring boots and garden gloves

At the entrance near the parking, head for the Accueil to learn about the history of the family.

If you need to get warmer, head for the boutique for a hot drink and play with the kids in the garden with the few simple games.
